What kind of at home no-weight exercises do i need to do to build chest, arm and ab muscles?
Im an 18 year old male and I’m a senior in High School and I really would like to take a year off from school and model, but the problem is I am tooo skinny. I’m almost 6 feet tall and i weight a meek 128lbs. Can anyone tell me what sort of effective at-home excercises i can do to buld arm, chest, and ab muscles by June? thanks bitches

admin answers:
Various kinds of push-ups (regular, diamond, wide) for triceps and chest
dips (use two chairs or something, any two horizontal surfaces that can support your weight and of equal height would work) for triceps and chest
pull-ups or chin-ups for back and biceps (find a horizontal bar to use i.e. A tree branch, garage rafters, back side of open ended steps, I-beams in an unfinished basement, etc.)
bicep curls using whatever heavy items you can find in your house
various crunches, sit-ups, V-ups, etc for abs
you’re welcome bitch

George asks…
Why don’t senior citizens who are capable of exercise go out and exercise?
I have seen senior citizens at the gym I go to but also notice the opposite trend in my family. Health minded seniors seem to walk or do light exercise but I notice many just stay home and waste away.
Why don’t seniors who are capable of exercising go walking or do light exercise like the health minded ones?
I’m not saying the chronically ill ones who waste away but the seniors who are able to exercise lightly.
Provide your insight to this.

As you can see most of the answers are excuses. That’s just the way it goes. People that don’t take care of their bodies are always the first to complain about their aches and pains and why they can’t sleep, etc. But I don’t concern myself with what others do and I won’t listen to the complaining. “God helps those who help themselves”.
I am 58 yrs. Old and jog 18 miles a week. I have always been an active person and don’t anticipate a whole lot of problems when I get older. America is so over medicated and I don’t take part in that either.
Thank you for your question!!!

I want to play senior year, but maybe I should just stay at home and exercise. I have weights and a big enough backyard. Never played football and don’t know alot about it. I am a nerd type.

I was exactly like you, however i went out and made the team, that because i kifted with the team for 9 months before trying out. Even if you dont make it, you will still have the oppuratunity to make new freinds, and get stronger and feel better about yourself. That is just my personal oppinion. But if you dont try, you will always ask yourself what if. What if i played football, and had the time of my life. It is your choice though.

Linda asks…
How can I lose weight, while balancing school time, and homework?
I am 18 years old, and I am a senior. I get home at 4 in the afternoon. Homework, shower, dinner; leaves me little time to do anything else. How could I lose weight, with little time to exercise? My eating habits are terrible, but I am living in a house with my parents, and little brother. My mom doesn’t pick up vegetables, or anything really healthy from the store. Any tips, or suggestions would help me out a lot. thanks.

This is how I lost my weight when I was your age. I woke up a half an hour early and worked out in my basement. I had fruit and a glass of milk for breakfast. A sandwich, handfull of chips, and a can of diet pop for lunch. Then I would have a snack like more fruit and then a normal dinner at 6 and then I did not eat again after that. It was hard, but I lost 60 pounds. It got easier once I got used to it. When I went away to college I fell into my old habbits so stick to it or you may be in my place when you get older – right back where you started.

Ok, i’ve thougt about buying quicktrim. Apparently doesn’t work people say. so i wont buy it. Now I wanna exercise at home….can any1 give me some good workouts that actually help you lose weight. and that don’t take months to happen. I’m 17 & about to start my senior year. I have no equiptment nor money to buy any. Just me, myself & my room. Please help :/

admin answers:
You should definitely start jogging or running, depending on your fitness level. All you need is a pair of sneakers and the extra weight will melt off.
I lost a bit of weight during distance jogging with bursts of sprints during.
